     As you can appreciate with this being a fresh product, that the very nature of this means we make everything fresh and do not store huge batches of stock - to ensure the products are at their peak quality in both flavour and in their nutritional properties. As a result, we often have to grind up more to complete orders as nearly always have more orders than we have product in stock! However, your order will be processed as quickly as is possible taking into consideration the freshness of the produce and the hand-ground process. At best, your order can be with you within a couple of days, however other times it may take much longer (8-12 days) as we prepare more product. We apologise in advance for any delays, but are very confident they are always worth the wait!
